We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days processing time
- Custom products: 3–10 business days production time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after shipment.
In some cases, delivery may take 10–15 business days due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Please note:
Our warehouse is located in Suzhou, China.
We do not currently operate warehouses in the United States or Europe.
Delivery times displayed on product pages are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with the following international logistics providers:
- YunExpress
- Yanwen Express
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
The carrier used depends on the destination country and package size.
Delivery Process
Small Parcel Delivery (Standard Courier)
Small and lightweight items (such as curtains, décor items, cushions, etc.) are shipped via international courier.
- Signature may not be required.
- Packages may be left at the doorstep if delivery is unattended.
- Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
Large Item Delivery (If Applicable)
For oversized or heavy items, delivery appointments may be required.
The carrier may contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a time window.
Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
Delivery Service Options (If Available)
Depending on the product and destination, the following services may be offered:
- Curbside Delivery
- Threshold Delivery (Inside Front Door)
- Room of Choice Delivery
- White Glove Delivery (Unpacking & Packaging Removal)
Specific service availability will be indicated at checkout.
Installation or assembly services are not included unless explicitly stated.
Missed Delivery
If you miss your delivery appointment:
- Redelivery fees may apply.
- Storage fees may apply after multiple failed attempts.
- If the carrier cannot contact you, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
If you need to reschedule, please contact the carrier as soon as possible.
Additional Charges (If Applicable)
Additional fees may apply in the following situations:
- Remote or island locations
- Ferry transportation
- Restricted access addresses
- Extra labor for stairs or difficult access
These fees are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If the package appears visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and item.
- Note the damage when signing (if signature is required).
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take multiple photos of the damage and packaging.
- Keep all original packaging.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours.
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue according to their claims procedure.
Do not return items without authorization, as this may affect your claim eligibility.
