Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders are processed promptly after placement.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:

If your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we will assist with modifications or cancellation where possible.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

One-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on eligible physical products purchased from www.terraveil.com.

Warranty Period: 365 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Returns & Refunds

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom or personalized products are manufactured according to your specifications.

Due to their personalized nature, these items are generally non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend confirming measurements and specifications before placing a custom order. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Standard (Regular Size) Products

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number
  • Describe the issue
  • Attach clear photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 24 business hours.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • With proof of purchase

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not considered quality defects:

  • Size variance within ±2 inches (industry tolerance)
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or monitor settings
  • Small thread ends (1–2 threads)
  • Minor sewing pinhole marks inherent in textile production

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not return items without receiving return instructions from us.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
